Cross-Flow Micro-Filtered, Whey Protein Isolate* 17 g, Crystalline Fructose, Cross-Flow Micro-Filtered Whey Protein Concentrate* 5.3 g, L-Glutamine 1000 mg [Approximately 1000 mg added per serving], Natural Strawberry Flavour, Free-Form BCAAs 360 mg (Leucine, Valine, Isoleucine) [Approximately 120 mg each added perserving], Cellulose Gum, Soy Lecithin, Medium Chain Triglycerides, Colour: Beetroot Red, Hydrolysed (partially pre-digested), Whey Protein Concentrate* 0.01g (providing di, tri, oligo and polypeptides), *Supplying β-Lactoglobulin, α-lactalbumin, casein glycomacropeptide, immunoglobulin, bovine serum albumin, protease peptides, and lactoferrin. Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement for adults, mix 1 level scoop in 237 ml (8 oz) of water, milk or your favourite juice and blend or shake vigorously. May also be blended with fresh fruit. Please note the additional calories and/or protein provided by milk or juice. Also note that it can even be added to sauces, soups, cereals, muffins, pancakes and other bake mixes.

This product is manufactured from cows not treated with rBGH, recombinant bovine growth hormone. It also contains phenylalanine, therefore, the use of this product is recommended under supervision of a healthcare practitioner for those with phenylketonuria (PKU).
